Our Services
The core of my treatment protocol is Reiki healing, coupled with knowledge of how the body functions from my Personal Training journey and nutritional advice. I am based near Romford in Essex so sessions are available locally for those interested, but I can also provide distance Reiki healing for those further afield. I am DBS checked to provide peace of mind.
