In person or remote £50
Booking cancellation
WP cancellation :- If for any reason I have to cancel or postpone an appointment, I will either offer a new date or refund accordingly.
Client cancellation :- If you cancel an appointment the deadline is 24 hours prior to appointment date/time to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations received after the deadline may be considered for a replacement date at our discretion.
Any participant that does not attend a booking with no notice given will not be eligible for a refund and the offer of a new date will be at our discretion dependant upon circumstances.
A refund request must be made in writing with detail of your full name and date of appointment/s.
Refund requests will only be sent back to the account from which the booking payment was received.
